I started my coding journey many many years ago. My dad introduced me to a coding club and I learned python as my first language. Then moving into high school, I learned Java, HTML, CSS, and Javascript. I have always loved coding, but now I know just how powerful it is to change the world.
This is when I first started teaching coding. At this point, I had already known just how beneficial it was for me to learn coding at such a young age, so now, I wanted to pass on my knowledge to young students like me many years ago. This is why I started teaching at Aigolearning, a Scratch and Artificial Intelligence class of 5 students that is still going on today. I cherish the opportunity I have to make an impact in other students’ lives.
This is when I met my first teacher assistant, Satwika Vemuri. Not only was she a great TA, but she also introduced me to a whole new world of Aigolearning: the back-end marketing, training, etc. I was immediately hooked and wanted to be a part of such a driving and inspired force of teenagers.
This was the month that I became fully engrossed the Aigolearning’s new campaign, STEM For All. This mission went hand-in-hand with my belief that all types of people, no matter their economical issues, social status, or racial background, should have a chance to experience and learn coding.
My goal for 2021 is to further the STEM For All campaign as well as introduce TTKCare into Aigolearning. In order to spread our mission to more people, we need to establish a good reputation and gain some popularity, so that will be our first goal. We hope to establish our reputation by implementing TTKCare. TTKCare is an initiative dedicated to caring for our students and teachers, in more ways than just in their education. We hope to come across as not only an organization that provides high-quality education but also an organization who really cares for its students and teachers.

This video highlights one of the key beliefs that govern my life. Positivity. You may have heard something along the lines of: “Success is the key to happiness” or “Money is the key to happiness”. But, I believe the opposite. Happiness and positivity are the keys to success. When in a positive manner and a happy mood, performance rises greatly. This is why I strive to be the most positive and happy version of myself.
“You can never cross the ocean until you have the courage to lose sight of the shore” I am a firm believer in being brave and stepping out of one’s comfort zone. I believe life is all about learning as much as you can and growing as a person. Without being uncomfortable sometimes, I believe it is very hard for someone to grow.
“The key to success is to focus on goals, not obstacles” I feel that in this world I hear a lot of a negativity. Personally, I think the key to success is to always have a positive mindset. By being positive I focus my mind on the goals, the achievements, and my past successes in order to induce the next success to come.
