About This Job
We are looking for student freshers with ambitious sales potentials. You have excellent communication skills, decent computer knowledge, good contacts, ability to interact, generate leads, followup, negotiation, and closing. Looking for channels across the globe. Training & Support will be provided. This will be a commission-only position.
Core Responsibilities:
-Perform sales through phone calls, emails and social media;
-Develops new customers;
-Maintains current customers;
-Contribute to sales strategy development
Qualification
-Strong communication skills;
-Ideal candidate has interest or experience with technology sales or education background.
Compensation:
Compensation for this position is 100% commission based as follows:
1.B2B (group sale to schools/learning centers etc.)
• 30% of net profit collected for new sales
• 15% of net profit collected for renewal sales
2.B2C (sale to individuals):
• 20% of total revenue collected for new sales
• 10% of total revenue collected for renewal sales
